Custom web platform for selling and managing tickets at TEDx Constanța events — from online purchase to check-in validation.

The challenge

TEDx Constanța hosted events with hundreds of attendees and needed their own ticketing system — not a generic platform, but one adapted to their workflow: different ticket types, limited capacity, fast check-in validation and post-event reports.

The solution

We developed a complete web-based ticket management platform with the following features:

• Online ticket sales — dedicated page per event, with ticket types (Standard, VIP, etc.)
• Capacity management — automatic seat limits, sold-out when exhausted
• Confirmation and email — auto-generated tickets with QR code / unique code, sent by email
• Check-in validation — scan or code verification at entry, with real-time status
• Admin panel — sales overview, attendee export, per-event statistics
• Reports — total sales, attendance rates, breakdown by ticket type

• Fully automated flow from purchase to validation — no manual processes
• Simple experience for attendees (buy a ticket in a few clicks)
