Custom web calendar for planning and viewing interventions for an installations company — replacing paper or spreadsheet scheduling with a simple digital tool.

The challenge

The installations company managed intervention scheduling manually — phone, WhatsApp, Excel. As their client base grew, it became difficult to quickly see who was available, what interventions were planned and where scheduling conflicts existed.

The solution

We developed a calendar module integrated into the client’s existing system, with industry-specific features:

• Calendar view — weekly and monthly view of planned interventions
• Intervention scheduling — quick add with client, address, service type, estimated duration
• Team allocation — assign technician/team per intervention, with availability view
• Intervention status — scheduled, in progress, completed, cancelled
• Filtering — by team, service type, geographic area
• Notifications — reminders for upcoming interventions
