The challenge

The client already had a functional CRM, built internally, but with limited features. Migrating to a commercial platform (Salesforce, HubSpot) would have been expensive and disruptive. They needed new modules that integrate seamlessly into the existing system.

The solution

We analyzed the existing CRM architecture and developed modular PHP extensions, natively integrated:

• New functional modules — features specific to the client’s business processes, missing from the base CRM
• Native integration — extensions use the same database, authentication and interface as the rest of the system
• Automations — triggers on CRM actions (new client, order, status change) that launch automated workflows
• Custom reports — dashboards and exports tailored to the client’s relevant metrics
• API endpoints — data exposure for integration with other internal systems
• Documentation — guide for the internal maintenance team

• Respecting existing code conventions and CRM structure
• Independent modules — can be activated/deactivated without affecting the rest of the system
